Hi there! We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our 3-bedroom flat in the heart of St John's Wood within a well-kept mansion block. Move in date is on or around 27 April. The flat is located on a quiet street about 5mins walk away from St John's Wood high street and tube station (Jubilee line). The room for rent is a large fully furnished double room with built-in wardrobes and large windows that let in plenty of natural light and overlook the front gardens. The room is the largest in the flat and has loads of space for a desk etc and an AV aerial socket for a TV. Furniture includes a double bed and two nightstands. The flat itself has a spacious living room with sofas, dining table and large windows. We have a separate kitchen with all the mod cons including fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a modern shared bathroom that has a bath, shower and washbasin. There is also a modern separate toilet off the main hallway. Within a 5 minute walk there is a post office, grocery shop, Tesco’s and Regents Park! Within a 10 minute bus ride there is a large Waitrose or Sainsbury’s, Hampstead village and Hampstead Heath. For cricket fans we are next door to Lords. The rent is £975.00 per month excl. bills which are £70.00 per month incl. gas, electricity, council tax and broadband. We have a cleaner which is £8/week. There will be a one time agency referencing and contacting fee of £144. You will be sharing with one Italian girl and one English guy. We are both working professionals, respectful, tidy and considerate. We are looking for either a male or female in their late twenties or thirties to join us.
