This is a first floor 3-bedroom maisonnette apartment. It has well sized double glazed windows looking out the front of the apartment onto the street, and out the back over the gardens. There's a lot of birdlife around the flat. There's a cosy lounge with bay windows, a decent sized kitchen, two toilets and an upstairs bathroom. The flat is close to the shops of Finchley Central and the tube. North Finchley, Mill Hill East and Hampstead Garden Suburb are all walkable, and we are close to the Dollis Valley greenwalk and the Darlands Nature Reserve is not too far away.
The ideal flatmate
We're looking for someone who will fit in well with the flat, and be respectful of the other flatmates and do their bit to keep things tidy etc. We're looking for someone who is generally quiet but sociable and friendly - and happy to have the occasional chat, watch a movie or head to a pub quiz (or just the pub). It would help if you're reader, or in to board games, or have an eye to helping to decorate communal spaces.
