It’s a big house, sharing with 3 other people. Bit old and shabby. The house itself is quite quiet with the odd dj sesh from one of the boys. Mostly early nights and quiet days but it’s in quite a rowdy area, quite a lot of street noise.
The house is lovely but also dated and a bit falling apart in places. It has a lot of potential to make it nice

It’s a basement front facing room. Little bathroom only really used by that room. Can get damp without the dehumidifier so tending to keeping that running is part of it.
It has a double bed frame and a wardrobe and is a large space. Not huge amounts of light and the light well outside the window needs painting
