We are Sophie and Alice, two friendly, busy professionals women from France who have been living in this lovely flat for a couple of years. We treat this place like home. We like having a chat usually when around in the kitchen, while also respecting each other space and privacy. ??

We are looking for preferably a woman, friendly, respectful and who wants to feel at home. Ideally, we are looking for someone mature between 30-45-ish.

The bedroom is cozy, it is furnished with bed and mattress (new), bedside table, large cupboard and drawers under the bed. ?The large bathroom is shared with one of the other person. The third bedroom is an ensuite.

The flat itself is very bright, with all modern equipments free to share. The living room /kitchen is an open space with a large dining table, oven, microwave, (new) toaster and kettle, electric stove and plenty of storage. Many plants as well.?We like to keep the flat tidy and we clean it every week on rota. ??

Bills are around £100 per month, depending of the time of the year (winter is around £120). £5 per month each go towards shared household products.??

We are ideally located around 10-15 minutes walk to Hackney Central and Hackney Down. We have many buses to Central London just minutes away from the flat.?
The area is full of nice coffee shops, delicious restaurants and corner shops. Hackney Down park is just a few minutes away.
