The flat is perfectly located - just a five min walk to Forest Gate Station - & fifteen minutes away from a wonderful pub, The Holly Tree. Restaurants, coffee shops, yoga & palates studio etc are all close by. The Italian Deli Giovannis is also at the top of our street, great for when you don’t want to cook!

The room is super spacious & gets lots of light. It is currently furnished with a double bed (frame & mattress).

No bills are included, but split between two tenants (myself and hopefully you!) they always work out to approx £150 a month (energy, water, internet & council tax).

-DOESN'T work from home
- DOESN'T smoke indoors
- IS respectful, discreet, sensible, clean & tidy (the clean & tidy part is the deal breaker, so genuinely, if you know you’re not, this flat isn’t for you).

The room is not available for couples.

The tenancy agreement will be with the landlord who I’ll introduce the right candidate to via Zoom.
