Hey everyone! We're searching for a housemate to join our charming, renovated Victorian house in Leyton, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the Central Line. Our house features a spacious kitchen, a comfortable living area, a study room, ample storage space in the basement, and a lovely garden filled with fragrant lavender and a flourishing fig tree.

About us:
You’ll be sharing this beautiful home with three friendly flatmates in their late 20s and early 30s—1 woman and 2 men.

We’re a respectful household that cares for each other, and also understood the importance of giving one another privacy and space.

??? Melis (32) is an Architect, Writer, and Editor who loves spending time on the volleyball court.
??? Victor (28) is a Marketing Manager who enjoys cooking up delicious dinners with his slow-cooker.
???? Julien (33) is a Video Editor, he like playing tennis, poker and eating food cooked by Victor.

About the room:
The available room is the larger master bedroom on the second floor, with a bathroom conveniently located next door. It’s an excellent choice for anyone working in central London or even from home, like me, as it offers plenty of space to set up a comfortable and productive workspace, along with a cozy area to unwind.
The room comes with ample storage options, though with the spaciousness of the house, you may find you don’t even need it! If you're interested in a furnished room, I'm happy to offer the current furniture—including bed frame, mattress, and spacious Ikea chest of drawers—at a reasonable price.

Bills:
The council tax ban is C, and all bills roughly add up to £100 monthly each.
