This is one room located on the second floor in a 6 bedroom student home. The window allows for there to be plenty of sunlight, the floors are super clean - no stains or damage. There's a patio outside the kitchen/living room area, and a rooftop with a stunning view; especially great for hanging out in the summertime.
There's a laundry room on the ground floor, with a washer and dryer, and two bathrooms with 3 people per bathroom. All current occupants are very friendly and respectful, we are all students at Kings College London, but are open to professionals as well :)
Camberwell is a really nice area, the street is quiet but there's still a buzz surrounding the house, with pubs, tons of restaurants and cafés nearby. There's a Lidls for cheap groceries - or Sainsbury's if you're fancy. There's also a Pure Gym located 7 mins away by foot.
Rent excludes utility bills, we use Fused - which comes to 81 GBP per month per person. This includes electricity, broadband (virgin media), water, gas and electric. We also have a TV license so you can watch TV in the living room.
