Room available in a 5-bedroom student house in, M14. It’s a great location for the University of Manchester, close to shops, cafés and regular buses into the city centre. It's very pretty, very nicely decorated.
The house has a kitchen, living room, and the room is a double and furnished.
Rent is approx. £520 per month (my share of £2,600 for the house), paid on the 1st. Bills are not included and are split between housemates, usually around £30 a month. The deposit share is £600, protected with TDS. Council tax: Band [X]; full-time students are usually exempt.
This is a takeover of my place on a rolling (periodic) tenancy managed by Leaders, so there’s no fixed end date and you can leave with two months’ notice. The replacement needs approval from the landlord and the other tenants.
