This is a 4 bedroom flat with one room looking to be let. There will be 3 people living in the house and the spare bedroom is used as storage. Me and my flatmate (male) are both clean and do not smoke, we have known eachother for years.
The tenancy dates are 12th July 2024 to 9th July 2024.
We will send your details to the company that deals with the contracts and the legal stuff as they deal with everything.
Bills included including wifi, water and electric.
The flat has its own dryer and washing machine as well as dishwasher, TV and the basics such as microwave, fridge etc. The apartment block has a shared garden too.
The company has a reporting system online if anything in the house breaks down or any maintenance issues occur, they will send someone to fix it fairly quickly.
The weekly rate is £132.50 (bills included) which you can choose to pay weekly, monthly, termly or yearly (yearly includes a discounted rate).
